1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and SparkGen (developed by Yousef Wael), located in Egypt.

2. License

SparkGen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin for your personal or commercial design work, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The plugin and its underlying code are the property of SparkGen. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the plugin code. All assets generated by the plugin (color palettes, gradients, SVG patterns) are owned by you for personal and commercial use.

5. Disclaimer

The plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software.
